إذا لم يعمل الملف كما هو موصوف في صفحة المنتج، ولم نستطع حل المشكلة خلال 7 أيام، نرد لك المبلغ.
كيف تطلب الاسترجاع
- راسلنا على واتساب 01044180125 أو على البريد boshraseef84@gmail.com أو ردّ على إيميل التسليم، واكتب رقم طلبك ووصف المشكلة (ويفضّل صورة شاشة).
- نحاول حل المشكلة معك خلال 7 أيام من تواصلك.
- إذا لم تُحل المشكلة خلال هذه المدة، نرد لك المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع أو بوسيلة نتفق عليها.
حالات لا يشملها الضمان
- تغيير الرأي بعد استلام الملف، لأن الديمو متاح قبل الشراء.
- مشكلة سببها تعديل الصيغ أو حذف أجزاء من الملف بعد الاستلام.
- طلب مزايا غير موجودة في وصف المنتج.
الخدمات

If the file does not work as described on the product page and we cannot fix the problem within 7 days, we refund you.
How to ask for a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp at +20 104 418 0125, email boshraseef84@gmail.com, or reply to the delivery email, with your order number and a description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
- We work with you to fix the problem within 7 days of your message.
- If it is not fixed within that time, we refund you by the same payment method or one we agree on.
What the guarantee does not cover
- A change of mind after the file is delivered, since the demo is available before you buy.
- Problems caused by editing formulas or deleting parts of the file after delivery.
- Requests for features that are not in the product description.
Services
Cancellation and refund terms for services (consultation, setup, monthly support and customisation) are agreed when you book.
