باستخدامك موقع Elezaby Finance Hub أو شرائك أحد منتجاته، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. الموقع والمنتجات يقدّمها المحاسب محمد العزبي.

المنتجات

منتجاتنا ملفات رقمية على Google Sheets: نظام المحاسبة (النسخة الخفيفة والكاملة)، والشيتات المتخصصة (المتجر الإلكتروني وCRM وROAS)، والباقة. وصف كل منتج وحدوده مكتوب في صفحته.

الشراء والدفع والتسليم

• الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري لمصر وبالدولار الأمريكي لباقي الدول. أسعار الإطلاق سارية لأول 50 عميلًا، ثم ترتفع للأسعار المكتوبة في الموقع.
• الدفع يتم يدويًا بالوسائل المعروضة بعد الطلب، وترسل لنا إيصال الدفع على واتساب.
• بعد تأكيد الدفع يصلك على بريدك رابط لإنشاء نسختك الخاصة من الملف، مع دليل البدء.

الترخيص

• الشراء يمنحك حق استخدام الملف لنشاطك الخاص.
• لا يحق لك إعادة بيع الملف أو نشره أو مشاركة رابط التسليم مع غيرك، مجانًا أو بمقابل.
• تظل حقوق تصميم الملف وصيغه ملكًا لنا.

الدعم

دعم الإعداد والاستفسارات على واتساب لمدة 30 يومًا من الشراء، وإصلاح أي خطأ في الملف مجانًا خلال هذه المدة. تخصيص الملف أو إدخال بياناتك خدمة مستقلة بسعر منفصل.

الخدمات

أسعار الخدمات (الاستشارة والإعداد والدعم الشهري والتخصيص) «ابتداءً من»، ويتحدد السعر النهائي ونطاق العمل بعد التواصل وقبل البدء.

حدود المسؤولية

• الملفات أدوات لتنظيم الحسابات ومتابعة الأرقام، ولا تغني عن الفاتورة الإلكترونية المعتمدة أو الإقرارات الضريبية أو مراجعة محاسب مختص.
• أنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تدخلها، وعن الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية من ملفك.
• في كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل المنتج.

الاسترجاع

تنطبق سياسة الاسترجاع.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

By using the Elezaby Finance Hub website or buying one of its products, you agree to these terms. The website and products are provided by accountant Mohamed Elezaby.

Products

Our products are digital Google Sheets files: the accounting system (Lite and Full editions), the specialist sheets (E-commerce, CRM and ROAS) and the bundle. Each product's description and limits are listed on its card.

Buying, payment and delivery

• Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds for Egypt and in US dollars for every other country. Launch prices apply to the first 50 customers, then rise to the prices shown on the website.
• Payment is made manually using the methods shown after you order, and you send us the payment receipt on WhatsApp.
• Once payment is confirmed, you receive by email a link to create your own copy of the file, plus a starter guide.

Licence

• Your purchase lets you use the file for your own business.
• You may not resell or publish the file, or share the delivery link with others, free or paid.
• The file's design and formulas remain our property.

Support

Setup and usage support on WhatsApp for 30 days from purchase, and free fixes for any error in the file during that period. Customising the file or entering your data is a separate, separately priced service.

Services

Service prices (consultation, setup, monthly support and customisation) are "starting from". The final price and scope are agreed with you before work starts.

Limitation of liability

• The files are tools to organise your accounts and track your numbers. They do not replace certified e-invoicing, tax returns, or advice from a qualified accountant.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping backups of your file.
• In all cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Refunds

Our refund policy applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
