توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها في موقع Elezaby Finance Hub، ولماذا نجمعها، وكيف نتعامل معها. الموقع يقدّمه المحاسب محمد العزبي، ويمكنك التواصل معنا على واتساب 01044180125 أو على البريد boshraseef84@gmail.com.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- عند الطلب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الموبايل، الدولة، المنتج المختار، وسيلة الدفع، العملة، اللغة، وأي ملاحظات تكتبها.
- عند التسجيل لفتح الديمو: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، مجال الاهتمام، الدولة، اللغة، العملة، رقم واتساب (اختياري)، وموافقتك على استلام الرسائل، واختيارك استلام «نظام مسك بسيط».
- عند التواصل على واتساب: الرسائل وصور إيصالات الدفع التي ترسلها لنا.
لا نطلب منك في الموقع أي رقم بطاقة بنكية أو كلمة مرور.
لماذا نستخدم بياناتك
- تنفيذ طلبك، وتأكيد الدفع، وإرسال المنتج ودليل البدء على بريدك.
- إرسال رابط الديمو والأداة المجانية التي طلبتها.
- إرسال نصائح وعروض بالبريد، فقط إذا وافقت على ذلك، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت.
- الرد على استفساراتك وتقديم الدعم.
أين تُحفظ بياناتك ومن يعالجها
نستخدم خدمات خارجية لتشغيل الموقع والطلبات:
- Google (Google Sheets وGmail): لحفظ الطلبات والمهتمين وإرسال الإيميلات.
- Make.com (منصة أتمتة): تستقبل بيانات النموذج وتعالجها، فتحفظها في الشيت وتُرسل الإيميلات من حسابنا على Gmail. وقد تحتفظ Make بسجل مؤقت لعمليات التشغيل.
- Telegram: لإشعار داخلي يصلنا نحن فقط بتفاصيل الطلب أو التسجيل.
- Cloudflare: لاستضافة الموقع.
- Google Fonts: لتحميل خطوط الموقع، وقد يرى عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك.
- WhatsApp: للتواصل معك وتأكيد الدفع.
نحفظ بيانات التسجيل في جدول Google Sheets خاص بنا: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الدولة، اللغة، مصدر التسجيل، الاهتمام المختار، رقم واتساب (اختياري) إن كتبته، اختيارك استلام الأداة المجانية، موافقتك على استلام الرسائل، وتاريخ ووقت التسجيل. ونحفظ بيانات الطلبات في جدول منفصل: رقم الطلب، الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الدولة، اللغة، المنتج، السعر والعملة، طريقة الدفع، وحالة الطلب.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض إعلانية.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتتبع
لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية ولا أدوات تتبع إعلاني في الموقع.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الطلبات: نحتفظ بها طوال المدة اللازمة لحساباتنا والتزاماتنا القانونية.
- بيانات المهتمين: نحتفظ بها ما دمت مشتركًا. عند إلغاء الاشتراك نوقف الرسائل ونُبقي سجلك في الجدول بعلامة «ملغي» حتى لا نراسلك مرة أخرى، ونحذفه بالكامل إذا طلبت ذلك.
حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل في أي وقت، بالرد على أي إيميل منا أو بمراسلتنا على واتساب 01044180125 أو على البريد boshraseef84@gmail.com.
لإلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية، ردّ على أي إيميل منا بكلمة «إلغاء»، وسنوقف إرسال النصائح والعروض لك في أقرب وقت وخلال يوم عمل على الأكثر. وتظل تصلك الرسائل المتعلقة بطلب قمت به، إن وُجد.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.
Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the Elezaby Finance Hub website collects, why, and how we handle it. The site is run by accountant Mohamed Elezaby. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +20 104 418 0125 or by email at boshraseef84@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- When you order: name, email, mobile number, country, chosen product, payment method, currency, language and any notes you add.
- When you sign up to open the demo: name, email, area of interest, country, language, currency, WhatsApp number (optional), your consent to receive emails, and whether you asked for the free "Simple Bookkeeping" tool.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp: your messages and the payment receipts you send.
The website never asks for a bank card number or a password.
Why we use your data
- To process your order, confirm payment, and email you the product and starter guide.
- To send the demo link and the free tool you asked for.
- To send tips and offers by email, only if you agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
Where your data is stored and who processes it
We use third-party services to run the website and orders:
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail): to store orders and sign-ups and to send emails.
- Make.com (an automation platform): receives and processes the form data, saves it to the sheet and sends the emails through our Gmail account. Make may keep a temporary log of each run.
- Telegram: for an internal notification with order or sign-up details, sent only to us.
- Cloudflare: to host the website.
- Google Fonts: to load the website fonts, which may see your device's IP address.
- WhatsApp: to talk to you and confirm payment.
We keep sign-up details in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet: name, email, country, language, sign-up source, the interest you chose, your WhatsApp number (optional) if you gave it, whether you asked for the free tool, your consent to receive emails, and the date and time you signed up. Order details are kept in a separate spreadsheet: order number, name, email, phone number, country, language, product, price and currency, payment method, and order status.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking tools.
How long we keep data
- Order data: as long as needed for our accounts and legal obligations.
- Sign-up data: kept while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop the emails and keep your record in the sheet marked as unsubscribed so we never email you again; we delete it completely if you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by replying to any of our emails, messaging us on WhatsApp at +20 104 418 0125, or emailing boshraseef84@gmail.com.
To stop marketing emails, reply to any of our emails with the word “unsubscribe”. We will stop sending you tips and offers as soon as possible, and within one business day at the latest. You will still receive messages about an order you placed, if any.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with its date.
