Refund policy

Last updated: 2026-10-21

7-day guarantee

If the file does not work as described on the product page and we cannot fix the problem within 7 days, we refund you.

How to ask for a refund

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 104 418 0125, email boshraseef84@gmail.com, or reply to the delivery email, with your order number and a description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
2. We work with you to fix the problem within 7 days of your message.
3. If it is not fixed within that time, we refund you by the same payment method or one we agree on.

What the guarantee does not cover

• A change of mind after the file is delivered, since the demo is available before you buy.
• Problems caused by editing formulas or deleting parts of the file after delivery.
• Requests for features that are not in the product description.

Order cancellation

• Before delivery: you can cancel your order at any time before we send you the link, and we refund the full amount if you have paid. Contact us with your order number on WhatsApp or by email.
• After delivery: the product is digital and delivered as your own private copy, so there is no cancellation for a change of mind after receipt (the demo is available before you buy). The refund guarantee above still applies if the file does not work as described.

Services

Cancellation and refund terms for services (consultation, setup, monthly support and customisation) are agreed when you book.
